On another question, spencer, your buddy is right. There's no such thing as "heat lightning." That's merely lightning on the distant horizon which is too distant for the sound waves to reach your ears
BTW...here was the question that I asked my buddy Don Paul:
Don...here on the shores of Lake Ontario, we saw several flashes of lightning looking to the west last evening. Soneone called it "heat lightning"....my buddy Dan9125 says there is no such thing as heat lightning...help us out! (He claims to know everything, so naturally, we beleive him!)
BTW...lots of thunder happening out over Lake O right now...
Had some wicked weather cross Lake O this afternoon... might not be able to see the Headers tonight @ Artpark if this stuff doesnt blow over.
