A Visit to SUNY @ Geneseo

Laura let her mom and dad come visit her (and take her out for real food!) at Geneseo last night. Needless to say, we were happy to visit. She even made her bed. (Bet that happens everyday! Everyday that we come to visit anyway!) Kate didn't! Neither did Cortney. Oh well...zing dada bing!

Spencer Goes to Washington

Spencer took a trip to Washington to fight for all City and Native Lakers. He met with some powerful people. Hope the fight was worthwhile. He put in a good word for his favorite politician...Whip!

After game beer

Had a few cold ones on Sunday after the Bills game at outpost 2...the water vixen snapped our pic while cooking hotdogs for dinner. We smoothered them with chili. Felt more like October today than September, only got into the 60's!

Anyone recognize this bird? Spotted a bunch of them circling overhead on Sunday looking for a nice bloated dead fish to chomp on.

Sea-Doo ramp phase 2

Mixed up a quick 20 bags of concrete Sunday morning and made a 1200 lb (give or take) mounting pad for the upper section of the new ramp. Whip-a-reno,Johnny b and Spencer were a huge help with this project. Went to the "Mothership" after for the Bills opener vs the Patriots....we lost.

Beer Pong Table

I have recently noticed how many of the City Lakers enjoy the sport of Beer Pong(Beruit) but never put the time and effort into making a suitable playing field for our awsome athletes. So this year for my project I will be making a custon built City Lakers Beer Pong Table, or for the younger ones "dew-pong." I will be posting updated pictures and progress posts every once in a while. A Tournament of Champions will soon be held!

Sea-Doo ramp stage 1

Put the upper half of the new Sea-doo ramp in on a damp Sunday morning. Jim and Spencer were able to carefully lower it in place as Al and I guided onto the mounting brace. I let Al do most of the heavy welding since he brought the welder. Denise was nice enough to snap a few pictures of the project while trying to do accounting homework.

Speech during ClamO!

Rumor has it that some of the "Native Lakers" weren't listening super intently to the short speech that was given during Clam-o-rama X! Certainly that can't be true, can it? Not to worry...we have it on video and can watch it several times between now and #XI...zing dada bing!

Last sunset of August

August 31st was another nice night for a sunset. We tried to see the International Space Station at 8:19pm but too many clouds. Went to Spencerville for a campfire and beer pong practice, we only practiced the beer part though. Maybe someone will bring a beer pong table to "Clam-o-Rama" tonight...that would be cool! Hope to see everyone there tonight.
